Before you write
Two things answer most messages faster than we can:
- The file did not arrive. Check spam and promotions, then look at your order confirmation page, the link is there too.
- You want to know if the plan suits you. The three day sample is free and tells you more than we can in an email.
What we cannot do
We are not dietitians and we will not give you medical or nutrition advice. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are managing something with a doctor, talk to them before changing how you eat.
