Nothing ships here, so there is nothing to track. What you have is a download link, and links are easy to lose in an inbox. Here is how to find it again.
Three things to try, in this order
Most people find it at step one.

Search your email
Search for the word NOURA, including spam and the promotions tab. The link was sent the moment you paid.

Open your order confirmation
The same download link sits on the order confirmation page and in the order confirmation email, under the item you bought.

Still nothing? Ask us
Send the email address you paid with. We find the order and resend the file, within two working days.
Common situations
The link expired or stopped working
Tell us and we will issue a fresh one. A broken link is never a reason for you to buy the file twice.
You paid with a different email
It happens with PayPal and with shared cards. Send both addresses and we will match the order.
The file downloads but will not open
Tell us the device and the app you tried. If the file itself is at fault, you get it fixed or refunded.
Ask for a new link
Give us the email you paid with and roughly when you bought it. That is enough to find the order.
