Four ways of eating. One of them is yours
Rather than guess, answer seven questions about how you actually eat and let the quiz do the sorting. It takes about two minutes, and if none of the four fit you it will say so.

No weighing, no calculators, and nothing about your body. Just food.
What the four actually are
Balanced
Ordinary food in ordinary amounts, built close to what the USDA and the NHS actually recommend. Nothing is banned and nothing is unusual. This is the one to take if you want structure without a rulebook.
High protein
The same structure with protein put first in every meal. It is the version people pick when they train, when they are hungry two hours after lunch, or when the afternoon cupboard raid is the problem.
Keto
Starch and sugar kept low, with fat and protein doing the work. It is the strictest of the four and it asks the most of you, so it suits people who already know low carb agrees with them rather than people trying it on a whim.
Vegetarian
No meat and no fish, with eggs, dairy, beans and lentils carrying the protein instead of a plate of side dishes. It is vegetarian rather than vegan, and that distinction is stated up front because it catches people out.
Three things worth knowing first
The file is in English
Every recipe, grocery list and instruction is written in English and there is no translated edition. Prices can show in your own currency, but the file will not change language.
Want to see it before you buy?
A free three day sample is on the way, with the shopping list that goes with it. Put your email down and you get it the day it is ready.
Sales are final, with exceptions
The file reaches you the second you pay, so we do not take change of mind returns. There is a short list of situations where we do refund and it is worth two minutes before you buy.
