1. Who you are buying from

This shop, NOURA, is run by Szymon Borawski as a non-registered business activity (działalność nierejestrowana) under Polish law. Address: Kazimierza Pułaskiego 17/46, 15-337 Białystok, Poland. Email: nourameals.help@gmail.com. Support is by email only, and every message is answered within two working days.

In these terms, "we" and "us" mean the seller named above, and "you" means the person buying.

2. What we sell

We sell digital content only: meal plans, recipe books and printable pages as PDF files, and a meal planner in Google Sheets. Nothing is posted to you.

Every file is written in English only. The shop can show prices in your own currency, but that does not change the language of the files.

The plans are general meal planning material. They are not personalised nutrition, not medical advice and not a treatment for any condition, and nobody at NOURA is a dietitian. If you are pregnant, managing a health condition, or under the care of a doctor or dietitian, talk to them before changing how you eat.

3. What you need to use it

  • To open the PDF files: a phone, tablet or computer with any PDF reader. To print them: a printer that takes A4 or US Letter paper. Both sizes are included.
  • To use the meal planner: a free Google account and a web browser or the Google Sheets app. The link in your download makes your own copy, which only you can edit.
  • To receive the download: a working email address, given at checkout.

4. Ordering and the contract

You choose a diet and a version on the product page, add it to your cart and pay at checkout. The contract between you and us is formed when your payment is accepted and we send the order confirmation email. We keep a record of your order, and the confirmation email is your copy of it.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your market at checkout, and the total you see before you pay is the total you are charged. Any tax that applies is shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments or the other payment providers shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery starts immediately after payment. A download link is emailed to the address you gave at checkout and also appears on the order confirmation page. If the email does not arrive, check spam and promotions first, then write to us and we will resend it.

7. Your right to withdraw (EU and UK consumers)

If you buy as a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, that right ends once delivery has started, but only if you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose the right to withdraw. If you did not give that agreement, you keep your 14 day right to withdraw.

To withdraw, email us at nourameals.help@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you are withdrawing from the contract. We refund you within 14 days of receiving it, using the payment method you used.

8. When something is wrong, and complaints

The files and the planner must match what we described and must work as they should. If they do not, you have the rights the law gives consumers for digital content, and nothing in these terms limits them.

In particular, we refund every time if a file will not open or opens broken, pages are missing or unreadable, you were sent the wrong diet or version, you were charged twice, or nothing arrived and resending it did not fix that. We first try to send you a working copy. If we cannot put it right within a reasonable time, you get your money back.

To make a complaint, email us with your order number and a short description of the problem. We reply to every complaint within 14 days. The full list of refund situations is in our Refund Policy.

9. How you may use the files

What you buy is for your own use and your household's. You may print it as many times as you like for that use. You may not resell it, share the files or the planner link, or upload them anywhere. The content remains the copyright of Szymon Borawski.

10. Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where the law does not allow it, including for harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Otherwise, and as far as the law allows, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Personal data

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. If we cannot settle a problem together, you may bring it before the competent court. Consumers in Poland may also ask for free help from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (miejski lub powiatowy rzecznik konsumentów).

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this site when you placed it.
